Who We Are.
At Square D Homes you get the combined expertise of two builders, each with over 30 years experience. The principal owners Bill Delaney and Pete Dispenza have extensive backgrounds in construction and design. They have worked for years with renowned Architects and Designers. Their work has been featured in various magazines including:

Despite all their accomplishments, Bill and Pete are most proud of their day to day, hands on approach. They can be seen handling the most mundane task, from sweeping the floors, to the intricate complexities of laying out roof and wall designs. To them it's all the same. They demand a high standard of proficiency and integrity from themselves, as well as those around them. Many companies can build you a house, but at SQUARE D, we take pride in building you a HOME!
